Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Methven. This warm, welcoming and well-appointed property offers comfort, space and convenience just minutes from local cafés, bars and shops, a 10-minute stroll to Ōpuke Thermal Pools, and only a short drive to Mt Hutt Ski Area, the Mt Hutt Bike Park and countless walking and hiking trails right on our doorstep. The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, perfect for ski getaways, multi-family trips, weekend escapes or longer stays. 🛏 Sleeping Configuration Quality beds and linen are provided for a restful stay. 라카이아 협곡 워크웨이
라카이아 협곡 워크웨이는 캔터베리에서 가장 보람 있는 반나절 하이킹 코스 중 하나이며, 이 지역 밖에서는 거의 알려지지 않은 곳입니다. 77번 국도 라카이아 협곡 다리 옆 Evans Reserve에서 출발하여 라카이아 강 남쪽 제방을 따라 이어집니다. 걸으면서 지형이 극적으로 변화합니다 — 개활지 농지 테라스에서 조각된 화산암 좁은 협곡으로, 다시 원시 관목림을 지나 능선까지 올라가면 캔터베리 평원과 서던알프스의 장대한 파노라마가 펼쳐집니다.
Discovery Jet 제트보트
제트보트는 뉴질랜드에서 발명되었습니다 — 기존 프로펠러 보트로는 접근할 수 없는 남섬의 얕은 편류하천을 항해하기 위해 특별히 고안되었습니다. 넓은 자갈 하상, 좁은 수로, 장엄한 협곡 구간을 가진 라카이아 강은 바로 제트보트를 위해 만들어진 강입니다. Discovery Jet은 라카이아 협곡을 통과하는 뉴질랜드 유일의 제트보트 투어를 운영하며, 15km의 강을 35분간 달리는 동안 짜릿함과 장엄함이 교차하는 체험을 제공합니다.
