Welcome to your getaway! A stunning, brand new holiday home in the heart of Methven, just a short stroll from the town center. This beautifully designed retreat offers breathtaking views of Mt Hutt, making it the perfect getaway for both ski and summer holidays. The spacious open-plan living area opens out to a sunny deck, ideal for soaking up the sun in the privacy of the gorgeous backyard. Whether you're unwinding after a day on the slopes or enjoying a summer evening, this space is perfect for family fun and relaxation. The home comfortably sleeps six, with a master bedroom featuring a king bed and ensuite with a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom has two king singles, while the third offers a queen bed, making it ideal for families or groups. The family bathroom boasts a bath, shower, and toilet, ensuring everyone has plenty of space to refresh after a day of adventure. The modern kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for holiday meals, with seating for six at the dining table. Enjoy the latest entertainment with Fibre Wifi, Freeview TV, streaming capabilities, and Chromecast, all enhanced by a soundbar for movie nights in. Plus, the ducted heat pump ensures year-round comfort, whether you're visiting during snowy winters or warm summers. For skiers and boarders, the insulated garage is a dream come true. It’s equipped with ski and board racks, hanging storage for wet gear, and rubber matting to dry out boots after a day on the mountain. There's even a corn hole game and bean bags, making it a great spot to hang out. While we ask guests not to park in the garage, it’s the perfect place to store your gear and relax in between outdoor adventures. This truly is your home away from home, designed to create unforgettable memories in beautiful Methven. We can't wait to host you! The entire home is available for guest use. We have one locked cupboard in the garage for personal effects. Locally based managed available 24/7 to answer guest queries as required. This property is positioned on a rear driveway and the driveway is shared with 3 other properties therefore you may hear the neighbours vehicles from time to time. The front two houses on the driveway are currently under construction, thus during the weekdays there may be some construction noise.
